You don’t need an account to place an order. You can also go through the checkout as a guest. If you order regularly then it will be useful to create an account, as then all your details will be stored and you won’t have to fill them in again when you place your next order.

Drbeckyshop.com doesn’t apply any delivery charges for delivering orders over €60 in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. For delivery to Belgium, we apply no delivery charges for orders over €75. Yes, we also deliver our products in other countries. The delivery charges for this are calculated automatically after you have filled in your details during the ordering process. Please remember that a longer delivery time applies for orders delivered outside the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are delivered the next day. In exceptional cases the delivery may be delayed due to circumstances affecting the postal service - unfortunately, we have no control over this. The products will be delivered to the address you have provided or you may choose to have them delivered to a service point.

You will be kept informed about the status of your order by email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a track & trace code by email so that you can follow the shipment. You can also log in and view the status on your Drbeckyshop.com account. 

You have the right to return the order within 14 days. Your right to a refund ceases to apply after 14 days. You can read more about this on our ‘Delivery and Returns’ page.

You can take a supplement at any time during the day, unless stated otherwise on the label. In some cases, you’re advised to take a supplement before, after or even during a meal. Read the directions on the label carefully before use. 

If you want to open the capsules containing one of our supplements then this will not cause any problems. You can mix the contents with something to drink or eat, such as water, yoghurt or a smoothie.

After purchase, store your supplements in the original packaging in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Don’t store your supplements in damp surroundings or in the refrigerator, unless you are instructed to do so on the label. Dr. Becky’s products are always packaged in UV-resistant packaging.

Every body has its own unique biochemical structure. This means that a supplement will be absorbed more quickly in one body than in another. Another important factor is the quantity of a particular substance that is already present in your body. With some ingredients certain people already experience a physical and/or mental effect after an hour or within several hours. For products with a different composition, it could for example take two to four weeks before any difference can be observed. 

Most supplements can be taken together without any problems. In some cases, it can even be beneficial to combine them. However, certain supplements can have a negative effect on each other. If you’re combining food supplements with medicines then there are exceptions in some cases. It’s a good idea to consult an expert before combining food supplements or combining supplements with medicines.

If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, we always advise consulting an expert first before using food supplements. If it’s not advisable to use a particular supplement during this period then we also include a warning about this on the label.

In some cases, it’s possible that the same food supplement will have a slightly different colour if you order it again. This is generally a direct result of when and where the ingredients were harvested.
