Also, those with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer and people currently taking medications such as benzodiazepines, anticonvulsants, or barbiturates, should avoid ashwagandha completely. It’s also important to note that ashwagandha doesn’t act immediately. So, it’s very much a supplement for stress management and not instantaneous stress relief.

Passion flower is native to the southeastern United States, Central and South America.
